Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 18, 2026

GnomeOwner is built for volunteer HOA boards and the residents they serve — a broad, non-technical audience. Making the product usable by people with disabilities isn't a checkbox for us; it's part of building something a self-managed board can actually run on.

Our conformance target

We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we're working toward 2.2 AA. We don't claim full conformance — accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification, and a site of our size and age will always have gaps we haven't found yet. What we can say is what we actively do:

Known limitations

We want to be upfront about where accessibility is outside our direct control or still a work in progress:

Feedback

If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere in GnomeOwner, please tell us — specific reports (what page, what you were trying to do, what happened) help us fix things faster than general ones. Contact us at support@gnomeowner.com; we aim to respond within 5 business days.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as our product changes.
